The page, the grid beneath it, and the rhythm beneath the grid.
The visual design was delivered with the structural rules needed to reproduce it: a 12-column desktop grid and a nine-step spacing scale from 8px to 96px.

Blue carries the enterprise foundation; pink is reserved for the moment that matters most—the employee's present role.
The homepage gives a useful overview, then lets people move deeper into stories, jobs, and learning opportunities.
