Our services
We provide brand identity, website and product design, development, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal or statement of work before project kickoff.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and materials (copy, assets, access) needed to keep a project moving.
- Ensure any content or assets you supply do not infringe on third-party rights.
- Review deliverables promptly, since delayed feedback can affect agreed timelines.
Payment terms
Project fees, milestones, and payment schedules are set out in each proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, an upfront deposit is required to begin work, and outstanding invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies, unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
Revisions and project timelines
Each proposal outlines the number of included revision rounds. Additional rounds, scope changes, or delays caused by late client feedback may affect the timeline and could incur extra fees, which we will always confirm with you first.
Confidentiality
We treat project details, business information, and unpublished materials you share with us as confidential, and expect the same in return regarding our internal processes and pricing.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice, as outlined in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Puducherry, India.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
